Web Impact Website

This website promotes the student organization Web Impact UW and aims to provide extensible information for students on how to get involved with projects. It also highlights all our past projects and their contributors, as all of our projects run on contributions by student volunteers.

My role with this project was to oversee the initial development and complete some key missing features. The base site was developed by coding officers of our organization, and while I was the president, I curated a design with the design officers and ensured that this initial vision was aligned with the club's brand. Then, I monitored the production of the website by our coding officers to make sure the implementation included all key details for an initial version.

During the following summer, a majority of the team moved on to different positions, leaving the website unfinished. I took the responsibility in comp the website, adding the core features of the landing page and project directory. In this process, I revamped the Sanity schema and improved the mobile responsiveness using TailwindCSS.
